I was just commenting on some of the styles of today,
although the piercings have to go back a ways because I distinctly remember girls at college with nose piercings which were totally distracting because all I saw was a bone through their nasal septum like a Bugs Bunny cartoon.
DIBS has arrived safely in P-town. He just texted, and said “tell them all hello”. He sent a beautiful pic of a rainbow over the water, which he said is the view from the bar – I’ll try and post it tomorrow. I’m a bit surprised that he’s drinking so early, though.
Facial tattoos and facial piercings on women make me feel sad. For some reason, I imagine being their mother and thinking “I took care of you your whole life and you just permanently DEFACED yourself”.
M4L, are you referring to a flush mount ceiling light fixture? You can get a whole new fixture at Lowes or Home Depot, but you can get a better selection (and VERY good prices) at http://www.lampsplus.com. I bought many of the light fixtures for the building from them.
