Kens,
THAT is a really tough question — about the drug dealing. I guess you are pretty sure about it. Just curious, how do you know? What do you think they are doing/selling? Different ideas occur to me, but approaching the person yourself is NOT a good idea. It might actually be dangerous. If you are pretty sure something is going on there, I think it is best that you and or neighbors anonymously call 911 and get cops over there. Then the shareholders can deal with the issue of cops being there. And I think it is a good idea to speak to neighbors one on one about it (or board, you are on board, right?) You do not want drug dealing going on there. And you do not want to deal with the guy directly, I don’t think. Wow, sorry about that.
Re the illegal curbcut, I think you can call 311 about that.

I think the “incident” is they caught CGar swamping out “lifts” in his shoes – ie remember that Seinfeld episode with the lifts?
Cgar, no worries, I have a jester outfit (not kidding – you can see it in my Halloween facebook pics).
Arkady, thanks!
Oh just tell us already!
CGar, let me know when your resignation is effective so I can apply for the gig
“Work Foulups” for 1000.
I think we could make a category out of the blunders reported here on the OT.
If this big buildup of drama turns out to be a letdown you may lose your PLUSA card anyway.
We’ll give it to randi of all people
“You misspelled “angina” in an email sent firm-wide?”
No, Biff, but I’ve caught myself on more than one occasion cutting & pasting someone’s Brownstoner post in a work email by mistake.
Jessi, sorry, went out for a sandwich. It implies the street is so small or exclusive, there’s no need for large numbers.
CGar, hope it wasn’t truly terrible.
