DIBS, why do you say that? It’s not built into the statute, is it? They can just appeal the assessment, just like those who pay full freight now.

Amazing, legion, just amazing. I’ve seen people on craigslist and silverdaddies who are into “infantilism” as it’s called but to blatantly play the sytem and then brag about it on a TV show about your fetish is ridiculous. If this guy can go to the hhardware store and build this furniture and run a website, take away the damn SSI.

I don’t pay NYC income tax or property tax. But thanks to everyone who does – it sure makes the city a more pleasant place for me to spend my days!

buildings with more than 4 apartments shouldnt have their prop taxes raised as they already pay a TON. it’s single family – 3 family homes, espcially in the outer boroughs that are paying a pittance in property taxes at the expense of others.
