Siam Garden, DIBS? It’s not bad, but they lame out on the fish cakes and a couple other things. Last time I was in SF I went for Thai food and nearly cried, it was so good.
Over the years, I’ve had a few jobs where I could walk to work. It’s the best. I would love it if I found a job at, say, MetroTech. That would be awesome.
dibs- Totally second the vote on that court street place – friends brought us thai from there right after kid2 was born, it was deeelicious. We were glad we didn’t live close to it, or we’d be eating there all the time.
DH, Most def man – in astoria and in jackson heights
there’s supposedly some good thai food in queens.
Rob, Chinaman doesn’t fall for that authentic, organic, vegan, etc shit when it’s OVERPRICED.
I always walked to work when I lived in Manhattan. it was the biggest thing to give up.
