Was it a new development, Snappy? Must’ve been a condo, because I can’t imagine him passing a co-op board interview; celebrities with tons of cash are rejected all the time.
Adam, he was a holdover tenant. The LL is now happy that he no longer has to show up to L&T court. He is a little salty, however, that damage has been done to the property. No worries though. With the necessary improvements, he’ll be able to charge market rate rent now 🙂
I too think it was wise to leave others out of the loop wrt the coming strike. The more people in on a secret, the more likely it is to get out, thus spoiling it.
There was a one hour special some time ago entitled “Why Is Osama Bin Laden Still Alive?” It was interesting. I was of the mind that no one really *wanted* to capture and kill him, as having him still out there provided a unifying goal to sort of ‘keep the people going.’ I wondered why it was so difficult to find him. I don’t by any stretch diminish the skill with which he hid or the skill and capabilities of the intelligence agencies from numerous countries, but it seemed (to my truly limited knowledge of the matter) as though it was taking a bit too long. Let the conspiracy theories begin!
Cargar, unfortunately he threatened the board members so he was approved rather quickly.

Worse, Cargar. They used bathroom tiles for the exterior. And I think he used Fedders.
“So 18′ walls”
Cast iron or brownstone?

I want to know if Osama had a lease or was he month to month?

Good morning losers.
I’m posting from a hotel room in Austin, about to head out for a day of meetings with a vendor.
Have fun today!
