slopey, that’s why it’s not plausible to believe trump is legit in truly running for office. I hope he runs cause I want to see how much campaign contributions he would be getting – ie I want to see how many are out there who would want to back his ass
Mopar, what is the age, racial, and apparent educational / socioeconomic makeup of the people around you? You come across as obviously educated etc. What kind of snap judgments can you make about others there?
Trump was just being interviewed up in NH and is taking all the credit for Obama releasing his BC and says now we can all talk about the real issues.
The ludicrisy (sp?) of this aside, Trump is strting to speak and hitting all the right buttons to appeal to the middle class and the lower classes. As opposed to Obama’s lecturing and condescending tone, trump resonates well with the 50% of the people on the left side of the bell curve, if not more.

i wonder what people do for work around here too. tons of people in my bldg “work from home” – yet somehow manage to afford 5,000 a month 2 bedroom apartments. there’s probably a line to eat breakfast at Egg right now
i read an article somewhere that stated that rougly 3/4’s of people aged 21-45 (yes i said FOURTY FIVE) get huge parental subsidies. so fucking annoying those parents should be shot in the face. so should the all leisure class brats walking around this city.
It is iChristian if it is on the web. Seriously, even if Obama was admitted to Harvard undergrad through AA or diversity, (1) so what, he’s been president for a few years, election should be on Obama as prez vs who the challenger is and what s/he would do, (2) he was SCL as mopar points out, and (3) isn’t that an argument FOR AA?
really interesting article in nytimes today (large print edition of course) – on collusion of corporate interests, government and so-called regulators in japan (re: nuclear industry).
Sounds no different from USA.(energy, finance, etc)

OK, would somebody please do something about that awful Friday song?? Or at least post a replacement earworm so I can get that damn thing out of my head? (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, just be thankful you don’t have a kid in middle school.)
