  1. I haven’t been to the dentist in probably more than 15 years. I’ve had one cavity in my life, around age 8.

I just went to the Outpost for lunch – laptop city! Whenever I go in, I wonder if there’s someone there who is authoring a blog or website that I regularly read. From my glimpses at the displays there seemed to be a lot of coding going on.

  2. “depressing. everyone i know has some other sorta other home they can go home to. i do not.”

I don’t *rob*. Not anymore. I guess I’ve gotten used to it, but it is still very strange not to have any “home” to go to ever.

“Then you have to make family and home for yourself. It can be done. And sometimes be less aggravating than ‘real’ family. There’s some real freedom there”

    Totally agree with cobble though.

  3. That is scary rob and I often wonder the same thing. But you’re in a good place right now in life. There’s no reason to assume you won’t find a community you really love and where you feel at home.

  4. arkady i wouldnt actually do that! you might be right tho considering the only thing i ever remember my grandmother eating in the last 20 years is pudding, jello (lol cuz it’s so apropos to yesterdays ot discussion), and cut up hotdogs.

anyway, time for me to shower, spritz up, and go dollar store shopping for my spring wardrobe!

    *rob*

  5. “She is past the 3/4 century mark and not a cavity.”

    BSM,

Wow. Lucky duck, your mom. That’s some kind of fairy tale that I can only dream of. I inherited crap teeth, but I really work at taking care of them.

Then you have to make family and home for yourself. It can be done. And sometimes be less aggravating than ‘real’ family. There’s some real freedom there, Rob.
