Saw a movie about Kens and *rob* the other night, “The Men Who Stare at Goats”, about a reporter in Mongolia (Kens) who meets a man who claims to be from a unit of psychic soldiers (*rob*).

I don’t know about the Italian part but I agree with the rest. Problem is then you end up running the whole building, and it gets to you after a while. That’s why I got out and bought a house.
