Not inconsistent at all. Here is the score, as I see it:
NYC: alot of new roads, but not enough maintenance.
LI: 25-50 year old roads, but not enough maintenance.

Problem is then you end up running the whole building, and it gets to you after a while. That’s why I got out and bought a house.
Not an engineer Denton but I certainly agree. Next purchase would have to be a house, if I can afford it that is.
Benson – weren’t you just saying a few weeks ago how awesome roads in NYC are? And how they are superior to roads in LI?
