As I’ve said many times, the OT is populated by highly normal humans. Other than Rob. No one here other than Rob is more than one standard deviation from the median on any meaningful social measure. A social scientist would be bored to tears studying us.
That actually happened (doctoral dissertation) on a Yahoogroup I’m on for families who adopted from China. It’s a chummy group of people, many of whom have met in real life and who have occasional reunions. (Sound familiar?) Some of the iconic posts (about crockpots as a surrogate for sex talk, oy!) were featured in the dissertation which was absolutely ridiculous. I think our scholar was an anthropologist.
