Just finished yesterday’s Adventures in Real Estate Marketing thread. What struck me most by OnHalsey’s comments are the level of detail s/he knows about some of us (e.g., dave’s phallus collection), which, as some of us have discussed recently, only comes (npi) from regularly lurking in the OT.

I met someone a few days ago who also reads the OT without posting. It’s an open forum and we’d be idiots not to think that people lurk.
