Rob- If there’s a mass exodus, it’s just going to be a clusterf*ck. If whatever is happening is happening slow enough to allow you to walk out of nyc (and you should use a bike instead- exponentially faster, nimble, etc.) then you are better off hunkering down until the initial madness subsides.
