I don’t mind kudos but I can’t barracuda.
I think overall, the best in Philly are Vetri, Amis and Osteria (all owned by the same guy) but Le Vertu has better pasta overall and is quite a bit less expensive.
Vetri now ONLY does a $135 tasting menu, which is sad.
Fond (BYOB) is also a fantastic place.
