anyone here bought laminate countertops from Ikea? their stuff looks a ton better than the laminates at HD or Lowes hence wanted to hear folks buying experience at Ikea and how they help up over time, etc. $99 for a 8 foot top seems like a pretty good price too

No I don’t think I’ve ever said I put up a normal front. I often bemoan how I used to do lots of cool stuff but now I’m a boring middle aged lawyer, but that’s more like sinking slowly into wet concrete, not putting up a front to hide anything.
