Cobble, maybe I didn’t read all the posts and missed something. I got the impression that Rob left out some cream cheese. I am imagining a package of cream cheese covered with foil. Did I get that wrong? (entirely possible)
A wrap with cream cheese would be different because the wrap part would get hard and crusty and the spinich would be soggy and make parts of the wrap that touched it goey. Any exposed cream cheese would have a hard brownish cruddy crust on it. The answer is hell no. I would not eat that.
But if I left a package of cream cheese out a couple of hours overnight, I wouldn’t throw it away. I would cut off any exposed part, wrap it up and put it back into the refrigerator.
Sometimes I miss stuff by skimming over the OT.
