bxgrl, those farm subsidies are a perfect example of what’s wrong with government. You can’t blame people for taking them if they are there. The Tea Party exists because government is too big and taxes are out of control.

The NYT’s article on GE was akin to yellow journalism. Very little discussion as to what policies were at stake, their downsides and upsides.
