Are there not full-disclosure laws? Does not CNBC and anyone else offering financial advice to the public have to disclose if they have a position in any investment they recommend? Has CNBC violated these laws?

There are some really great Greek restaurants over there. Check out Menu pages. There is one that looks kind of crummy on the outskirts – but makes fresh fish dishes – totally awesome. I’ll look for the name. You will not starve!
