randi, m4l — I don’t abandon Knicks over lousy play, either. I swore off them over the Thomas train wreck but came back due to Walsh, a consummate professional. I do feel vindicated however in my opinion of Dolan and the Anthony trade. If you are going to bring in one of the best execs in the NBA, let him do his effin job. Don’t go around showing your cards to the media while the deal is being done. Walsh was going to get the deal done but probably would have kept at least one more rotation player if left alone to play poker as he saw fit. We could use that guy now; roster is so thin. The melo/Amar’e combo can still be the foundation of a strong team and Walsh is capable of putting it together, but the job is harder and the project longer term because we gave away too many pieces. I also think they need more time, a la Miami early this year. Both NY and Denver had to deal, but Dolan gave Denver all the leverage at the end. Denver played him like a fiddle. Idiot.

Gem, I was induced. And even when I was having major contractions, I didn’t feel a damn thing! Just felt like cramps. Nurses were amazed at my pain tolerance. I told them in preparation for pain I hung out in OT.
so sorry, don’t know what you should be feeling.
I read that you can have contractions for days prior to actually delivering.
