Episcopalean is catholic without the pope. They do communion, etc., but are on the waspy side culturally.
You could go UU — you don’t have to believe much but you are going to church. Of course, you’ll find half the areas tofu humpers there. Leaving aside present day liberal politics, UU historically has been committed to scientific rationality with some grudging acknoweldgement of the possibility of divinity (but not the trinity, hence UNI-tarian) and a generically Christian mode of service. Lots of founding fathers were unitarians.
Or you could bite the bullet and be reform jews. Just join a synagogue and don’t go.
