also do not fight your psychological desire to stay awake; there could be a disconnect physiologically, psychologically, and physically. it will even out in a few weeks, just dont fight it or do any drastic to change it. your dog just died dude, you might not have good sleep for quite some time, but everything else adjusts itself. maybe she’s dreaming from the Other Side and pulling you into her REM sleep? (shut up, i know… i watch too many elm street movies and read too many tarot cards)… just give yourself a month and deal with being tired during the day for a bit. it wont kill you.

Lechacal, I didn’t really think you did! It was a joke! (although on Saturday night listening to my breathing buzzing around in my lungs and sweating/chilling, 103 fever, I did give it a thought!) Glad to read that Mrs. L. recovered quickly. I definitely feel a lot better than I did before I took the first antibiotic pill.

So how does she like the new digs? Kids like school so far?

Who is having trouble sleeping and why? Just go out, stay out super late, get wasted, and stumble back home at like 3 in the morning. You’ll fall asleep just fine and you’ll have way more fun then all this other stuff people are suggesting.

Cgar, I’m sorry you are hurting, missing cdog. Maybe you should ask for a prescription–a few months ago I was having trouble falling asleep/staying asleep, and a friend gave me a few, told me to take half. It did help. Wish I had some left over for you.
