(seriously, it could be just tossing a rubber ball against the wall for an hour or two…) back in the day i wanted to go into pet psychology but i was discouraged from my counselor at first in high school and then LAUGHED at outright from my academic advisor in the psych department in college, so i was finished that major and did nothing extra with it and went into art, where supposedly no one laughs at you. :-/

not pulling you into her REM SLEEP, but just her REM patterns, hello you guys did know each other for what 21 years? if she’s pulling you into her REM patterns it’s keeping YOU from being able to sleep. it’s normal and natural and a good thing. when you can’t sleep do something you did with her that you normally used to do that you both enjoyed, it might relax you to the point of actually being tired enough to fall asleep on your own without external stimuli.
