Holy shit! Pneumonia is nothing to play around with. Maybe you should put off the move for a week? She’s gotta rest. I tried ignoring pneumonia once and wound up in the ICU.
Mopar gem is right don’t sign anything today. If they want you to sign waivers etc in exchange for a payment don’t sign. Say you need to think about it. If they tell you you have to sign on the spot their package isn’t worth it. Get Dona’s lawyers name and call him asap.
Mopar – just don’t sign anything today – you do not have to!
Dona/Kens- I know what you are saying is rational – but it doesn’t take away the feelings I have when I hear of good people getting let go or consumer prices for essentials like food/gas/diapers etc just keep going up and up while the executive layer for most of these companies keep getting HUGE bonuses…
Yes! Why is it that nothing gets sold on that show??? I think I’ve seen maybe 2 episodes where they actually sold something. And the buyers crack me up when they definitively state that a 20×22 bedroom is “way too small.”

haha lamb – i remember that episode! very interesting backstory.
it seems on that show the buyers and sellers are delusional about the market, and aren’t really in the market to make any moves.
i think the williamsburg house was the only one that actually sold in between the time the show was filmed and it aired! hahah
Lamb, I remember that! He was so sure he was gonna get 6mil. Tool.
