Yup, too late now.
This is just to make sure they’ve vacated and didn’t have a party last night where everyone wrecked it!!!

The inspection was the time to test outlets. You don’t show up at the walkthrough and do stuff like that. What am I going to do, not close because one of the outlets doesn’t work? It’s more like a visual inpection to make sure shit didn’t go totally off the rails since the inpection.
I have 2 good testers – one three prong & one 2 – if you want to borrow them.
lech — turn on washer & dryer, check fridge, oven, d/w etc. Damaged floors from move-out.
glasses are hard to buy. some people can pull stuff off others can’t
i think black people are lucky with glasses though, they can wear frames that are more brightly colored and not look like a jackass, like a pasty white person like myself would.
Sorry, snaps. the shape of the glasses is imprortant.
