What’s the point of a company doing this? If you’re capable of doing your job then who cares what type of personality you are.
Plus, there’s really only two. You’re either an asshole or you’re not.

You haven’t received the memo. This is the OT. Real estate discussions and proper grammar have no place here.
So far, this has a lot of “which word in the pair appeals to you more” questions with pairs like facts or ideas, thinking or feeling, and compassionate or logical.
Total BS in my mind, which probably says something about my personality.

I also don’t like tests that make you choose between 2 items on all the questions. I am way too much of a moderate for that.
The test will sense that. No one wants to hire a namby pamby, especially a Libra.
