Slopey, I’ll have to have one of the associates do some research, but I don’t think the names are unique enough for their to be infringement. They’re both pretty obvious and unimaginative. On the other hand, the new name could be designed to cause confusion and siphon clients away from the original PSVC. Never a straight answer in law.
When I first started working in the 90’s, the company I worked for had us take this type of test ever year or two.
It has been over a decade since I have last done one.
The training I am going to next week is a day and a half on “Re-energizing your leadership capabilities”
And I’ve also responded to ads looking for the same!!!
I’ve hired a few assholes in my day, c&^ksuckers as well
Hello? did anybody notice? Legion and I started *raunch* hour.
“I once took a “personality test”.”
Legion, I got you beat. My results said: None.

If all the assholes couldn’t get hired, there’d be lots of job openings.
Lots of assholes got hired before these tests were fashionable. Assholes hire other assholes and typically ones that are less smart.
Not all organizations administer these tests. In fact, very few do. I took MMPI test back around 1985 (and got hired.) Never took another one.
