I think there are a lot of contributing factors to obesity beyond food. Just looking at obesity in children. When we were kids we actually had a gym period and recess everyday. During summer vacation we would run around outside from dawn till dusk. Now a lot of schools don’t have gym, no recess, and parents are afraid to let their children out of the house so say stay inside an play video games.
