Re Westcjester flooding…. What should have been an hour plus drive from Orange County this morning was close to three hours due to heavy flooding everywhere in Westchester. Certain exits to the Saw Mill were closed, the Taconic. The Thruway was bumper to bumper until the Major Deegan.
