  1. DIBS, it’s hotdogs man. it aint something unique special etc. So if it aint a great foot traffic spot and minimal renov ($$$ and time), it aint worth it. if you’ve got to put in a hood for hotdogs, might as well do specialty sandwiches or something cause that doesnt require hood which are freaking expensive. I would do this in Philly than in BK. Given you plan to be outta here soon, you dont want to be an absentee biz owner

  2. >Keep it up, lech. You’re sounding more and more intelligent by the day

Trouble is, he does, from time to time. I caught myself agreeing with him again on the health/medical malpractice/insurance thing. Then it’s as if he suddenly realizes his persona is slipping, and out come the Chomsky diatribes. Fun to read, though.

  3. Huh, I just googled that guy from high school and turns out the story had been totally exaggerated by the time it got to me. He only killed one of his parents and didn’t burn the house down.

  4. m4l, I agree…that would be ideal. The hood and ventilation is the most costly part of the whole expenditure unless you also have to do a new storefront.

This space in Philly that I just missed had an ideal storefront. 🙁
