ugh. the chinatown arcade lost it’s lease and has to move and they are moving from chinatown to williamsburg. that blows! there’s already barcade in williamsburg! how can a business go from totally asian to totally moonface like that?

Well, from my understanding, eating pure sugar is no different than empty carbs like white flour bagels. I guess you save yourself the fat from the creamcheese though. But yeah, go for rolled oats and add a tiny bit of brown sugar and milk so it’s not too bland.
m4l, the cream cheese is likely less problematic than is the sugar in the oatmeal. If it’s sugarless than it’s better. Get the sugarless, non-sweetened and add maple syrup to it, which is a “good” sugar as long as it’s pure maple syrup.
Oh, re: the Oscars, I also watch in its entirety the tribute segment to those individuals in the film industry who passed away since the last show. They used to all be before my time. Now I’m getting to the point where I know most of them 🙁
did I just hear thunder? I heard a plane- the nerve- stay over Park Slope and leave us alone.
When I flew to florida other week out of LaGuardia- flew low down all of manhattan – was able to see clearly the school across the street from me, etc.
M4l – haaaa, well he did “watch” the oscars as he played his commander and generals game on his laptop – ha – I would not have reminded him about game otherwise I would be sequestered to the little room to watch the oscars!
