In all honesty raising my son (currently 9) has not been easy, but it has certainly not been the perilous minefield that many media sources would have you believe.

I think the billboard was timed to coincide with the proposed funding cuts for Planned Parenthood.
By planting a seed of doubt, it will make at least some people less likely to write their congressperson a letter or send PP a check.
My hope is that it backfires and makes people realize how real the fight is.
