DIBS, of course not, that’s why this Chinaman broke away from the union to establish his own union which is fully funded – just short on brownies.
They are starting to amass at the Statehouse in Ohio as well. Dems leaving the state won’t work as simple majority is required to pass the new laws against certain areas of bargaining. The republicans control 59 of the 99 House seats and 23 of the 33 Senate seats.

In other words, it’s all entirely capricious on my part! LOL!! It also might have something to do with the fact that I don’t actually know where 85% of PLUSAs actually live. We don’t actually receive any dues, and are, in effect, bankrupt* as an organization!
