  1. That’s how I usually roast garlic. I’ve had garlic spread on sandwiches that entailed more than that, but not sure of the ingredients/process. I found a few recipes online, but some of them seem rather strange. Cream cheese and 3 tbs salt!!!

  2. Yes, Wendy, this is a veritable epistomological adventure as well. It is here that you can discuss statistical questions and delve into the inner workings of probability distributions, learn about cooking, grammar, how to say nasty things in foreign languages, about history, literature and metaphysics.

When you roast garlic (bake 350) it gets all mushy and you don’t have to do anything but smear it on. I think. I made this by mistake once when roasting a chicken with tons of garlic cloves.

  3. “What cobble neglected to mention is that yo re required to supply your own utility kit which should include: a shovel, massive bottle of pepto bismol, a heavy duty umbrella, and a dictionary.”

You forgot your own fork to stick in your eye on occasion as the situation may warrant! : P

  4. Oh, for crying out loud! I go out for a few hours, only to return to find there’s a spouse in the OT!! Now, I have to be on my best behaviour and use “company manners”. I prolly have to use my “indoor voice”, too. Sheesh. I can drink with better halves, but posting is an entirely different matter. I’m going back to posting in The Brooklyn Paper. > > >

  5. Welcome to the wild world of the OT, wendybear. What cobble neglected to mention is that yo re required to supply your own utility kit which should include: a shovel, massive bottle of pepto bismol, a heavy duty umbrella, and a dictionary.
