BHS, have you ever eaten a sandwich at Press 195? It’s one of the offered ‘toppings.’ It’s really really good. Ever since I’ve had theirs, I’m desperate to make my own. I’ve looked in various grocery stores but can’t find any pre-made. Just as well though, I’d rather have home made than something full of preservatives.

I prefer to roast PLUSAs
they definitely rhyme in this usage.
I am a big fan of roasting garlic and using it other dishes, but I have never tried a spread.
