1) that there was an agreed upon bet; right now, you 2 saying 2 diff bet proposals – ie no bet
2) that he lost bet to you

Donatella, Texiera WAS a consistent hitter. Not so after joining yanks. he is notorious for being slow starter but his slow starts with yanks are attrocious. he used to be decent in playoffs. with yanks, he’s been MIA.
Benson was asking the likelihood of one AND ONLY ONE 1 coming up in multiple rolls of the die.
That one spikes and then goes down the larger the sample gets.
Mark Texiera has been a pretty consistent hitter, it seems and re Arod, he is such a loner/narcissist, inconsistent- in-the-clutch player. I loved Joe Torre’s tell all book. Arod doesn’t come out too well. Jeter comes out as a saint.

Donatella, didnt hear of that before. but Pujols is way way better then Texeira. but then I wouldnt give 300M for 10 yrs to pujols to replace Tex though. diff story if talking about replacing ARod with Pujols – ie gladly swap out ARod’s huge contract with a huge contract for Pujols
