there’s totally no value in bed-stuy right now. nice one bedrooms near the C/A trains are around 1500 – 1600.

Yes, 11217, I know all about the plan. I was wondering why brownstoner isn’t able to cover it anymore.
so decided to just send 30 in for one of my student loans this month, got a money order, but on the little part of the sheet that the loan people send you (the bill i guess) where you write in how much you are sending in i wrote 300.00 someone told me this trick sometimes works and that people processing the bills sometimes will make a mistake and put in that you sent 300 instead of 30? has this ever worked for anyone else with anything?
