  1. Organizations would never get sued if they knew how to own up to things in a basic humanoid manner. Instead they say, “Thank you for your continued interest in the NFL. we appreciate your concern and will take your opinion under advisement. Please continue to patronize the NFL.”

  2. Slope, we need a team formed & deployed to get rid of any pictures, videos, documents, etc that Isiah has over Dolan. We also need a team to gather more dirt for Picard so he can nail the Wilpons & Katz’s

  3. DIBS, I’m really not true Chinaman as no real chinaman would be:
    – bossed around by wife
    – does domestic duties
    – chauffer wife around

I’m really just boasting on behalf of my TRUE Chinamen

  4. Arkady- wouldn’t the return of triple the amount for each ticket make up for that?

According to this guy, Rush, it’s really that it “doesn’t make up for the anger, frustration, and disappointment he still feels at missing his beloved Steelers at the big game.”

Nothing makes up for that but that’s life. I wouldn’t want to spend my time dragging out the trauma of one day over years. Yes the NFL played it poorly and they will probably pay more to those fans, but fans trying to squeeze money out of them for “trauma?”

  5. Alternative Investment Strategies:

    For the Pessimist: Seeds

For the Optimist: NY State Bonds

For the Artistic: Arts and Antiques

For the Realist: Non-perishible foods and guns

For the Misanthropic: Land in Alaska

    For the Romantic: Diamonds

For the Sportsman: A large sailboat
    (don’t forget the Epirb)

  6. dibs- which I think is fine but some of these guys are still looking to go forward with lawsuits because they didn’t think it was enough. I guess it isn’t enough until you bleed them dry.

  7. bxgrl – NFL is playing this very poorly. People were frustrated at the time but are now infuriated that NFL didn’t offer to reimburse airline tkts. etc. – substantial costs for nothing.
