  1. deadcatbounce,

I like your way of thinking!
    Awesome boat.

…ha ha, If I ever do retire in Cartagena,
I’ll be sure to look into one of those. Used of course ;).
I’ll name her the Brownstoner Dream.

  2. Last week I went to a get-together at the home of a friend who lives on an upper floor in a high rise on the UES. His balcony door is sealed and the “balcony” itself is nothing but a ball-shriveling 5-foot wide concrete platform with no railing. It looks like the thing Luke Skywalker was hanging off at the end of The Empire Strikes Back. You could look out the window down to the street and the lip of the thing was right there, like when you take a flight and watch drops of dew roll off the wing.

He lives there with his girlfriend. I said, “there’s a gym here? Must be nice – roll out of bed at 5:30, go work out before you shower for work.” “Yeah right!” was his reply.

  3. m4l — usually blackmail victims don’t light up at the mention of their blackmailer’s name. Unless that’s part of the act requried of the blackmailer. I really think something else is going on between Dolan and Isaiah. Not sure what, though.

  4. quote:
Studios available at $1,449 per month
    permitted income range $49,680 – $97,125

One Bedrooms available at $1,819 per month
    permitted income range $$62,366 – $110,950

and let me guess!!! they allow people to combine couple incomes. UNFAIR! i remember there was an ad for that developedment that also contained cheaper apartments and were allowing people in with lower incomes. it looks like the bumped up the incomes and the rents. those arent that far off market rate. so annoying. and most people dont even make those salaries… well no, im sure a lot do. but it’s either highish ones like that or super super super super low income ranges of like 15K – 17K. those housing lotteries sare scams that only benefit developers, developers friends and families and local polititians extended families who are on community boards.
