Hola people.
Biffo, been waiting for Fios forever. I emailed the engineer guy at Fios whose info Arkady posted a while ago and he told me that our building is on the radar but he has no timeline when we are going to have the service installed.
hey y’all, I was in a union locker room this morning with some time on my hands, and read the story about ‘Spiderman’. And I just read the devastating review in the NYT. Don’t miss it, that’s what makes criticism fun.
Does anyone in Brooklyn have FIOS? I’ve been waiting a long time for it to be available but it isn’t yet. Seems odd that it takes so long for a neighbourhood to get wired.
MANCHESTER, Iowa, Feb. 8 (UPI) — An Iowa man accused of cutting a pacemaker out of his father’s chest during an argument has been found competent to stand trial, his attorney says.
The results of an evaluation of Jesse Fierstine, 33, of Manchester, were released to attorneys last week, SourceMedia Group News reported Tuesday.
Fierstine faces charges of attempted murder and willful injury for alleging trying to cut the pacemaker from his father’s chest in April 2009.
Prosecutors said he struck Charles Fierstine, 63, in the head with a flashlight and a piece of firewood, then used a pocketknife to cut the pacemaker from his chest, leaving a wound 6-1/2 inches long and 3/4 of an inch wide.
Deputies found wires sticking out from the father’s chest when they arrived and arrested Fierstine, prosecutors said.
Relatives have said that Fierstine, diagnosed with bipolar disorder, was off his medication for the condition at the time of the assault.
Charles Fierstine recovered from the attack after being hospitalized, but died last year.
Fierstine’s attorney Mike Lahammer said a trial date would be set for some time in March.

On the pacemaker assault,

Slope,
sports quantum research monies are usually entirely invested in attempting to time-travel to get the “correct” results. Just an FYI.
