I’m not sure how much good mandatory fire extinguishers would do, but it does not seem like a very high cost to place on people.
I currently don’t have one and have never used one, but I know people who have.
I have also read that it is a good idea to keep one in every car.
Adam, there is no loan package for buying a shell right? ie that has to be an all cash transaction and then get a construction loan?
