The appraisal for the bank came in finally today and it is $3,000 higher than what I paid. In other words, almost exactly the same.
However, the appraisal company was in possession of the contract the whole time, so I am a little bit chary.
Bxgirl, might be cheaper to just buy a new one. I paid about $20 for mine.
