“Have a blessed day.”
Maybe it’s just that I’m meeting more church going people these days, but I think I’ve heard this phrase more times in the past few weeks than ever before in my life!
hey snappy, problem is I think the kind of agitating I did only works with companies that actually care about their image. I haven’t been back there in quite a while, my stomach gets queasy every time I think about them!
Speaking of shopping, I hope y’all realized how much money I saved you at Union Market. I finally got around to complaining via email about being charged sales tax on those pies. I just received a response:
“Hi Denton,
Thank you for your e-mail. I apologize for this experience. We will make the change at our register system to remove any sales tax on the pies. Thank you for notifying us.
Thank you, Have a blessed day!”
The Tea Party TALKS about cutting your taxes while whiny liberals like me make it happen.
I’ve had okra in veg. soup, sort of like minestrone. I like the flavor, but agree that the slime can be off-putting. Now if only brussel sprouts would unclog toilets, then I would have a use for them! : P
Biff, I agree, it was always perplexing to me that they didn’t seem to ever make it BIG TIME. Maybe because EVERYONE I know loves them so much. Never made sense to me. They had a really good manager, who had all the right connections, and yet, it never really coalesced.
I only met Britta twice. She is pretty hot! I actually met Dean’s ex-wife, Claudia, a bunch of times, and we were friendly. She appears briefly in the documentary, picking up their child. They lived near my place of work at the time (90s), and I would run into her on the street, here & there.

Catapults!! ROFL!! Ingenious!!
Nice going, Denton! Now can you get on you-know-where to stock only fresh products and not things that are months past the expiration date? 🙂

If a little okra unclogs toilets,
I’d love to see what a stinky Dorian Fruit
will do!
Biff, the end result with the waiter was the same.
