I was out this morning on third ave in the 40’s and there are guys spraying little salt pellets on the sidewalk and also some kind of liquid solution out of a small hose on the sidewalks (?).
Why are doves a sign of peace? I’ve got 16 of them hanging around my feeders & they chased away 2 jays (who have a reputation for being really aggressive) & won’t let cardinals, juncos & chickadees land. Finches, sparrow, juncos, chickadees all dine together peacefully. Jays & cardinals share.
Said with a thick heavy Italian accent while pointer, middle and thumb fingers held together and wrist is flicking back and forth.
I am getting an image of the Professore in Fellini’s Amarcord, standing in front of a class of unruly Italian school boys, giving an imperious lecture on the greatness of Italy while the boys are cutting up…..
An exhibitionist is something entirely different.
I have curtains & draperies, not shades.

DIBS, you are getting too obvious.
“So was I, in a manner of speaking.”
You’re such an exhibitionist, DIBS! Do you do it with the window shades open?
