i read a great book in one of my psychology classes called Toxic Psychiatry… it’s probably a bit dated now, but yeah there are some seriously bad medications out there. half of everyone under the age of 25 is hooked now on heroin cuz of how freely doctors prescribe oxycodone.. not to mention people now hooked on coke and crack because they started out crushing and snorting their prescription ritalin.
im a firm believer that all mental woes can be cured with a nice glass of wine and a bubble bath.
