I don’t live in Bed-Stuy but I have a very nice rental property there.
That’s where I was just doing some renovation work as I mentioned earlier about the wide plank flooring.
I’ll leave the exact location for the next brownstoner gathering (hint: it’s the next avenue over from dibs).

My biggest accomplishment today was buying a quart of milk.
I am telling myself this is just a cold and I will feel like a human again tomorrow.
BTW, ii Trulli was really nice last night. There was a mixup on reservations — in the end we didn’t make one but the people were really nice and ultimately got us a lovely table in the back facing the patio, filled with evergreens covered in lights.
Food was wonderful and service was perfect. No intrusions. Great wine. Just what I wanted. We had a lovely time.
Just read the OT – Benson sorry about your colleague — also that is a heartbreaking story about your brother’s child — wow. Re: West Virginia video (lock and load) those coal producers DONT want anything cutting down on their coal sales.
Lech, if you want to move to Dobbs Ferry where the guy is getting transferred, you will “lose” that house if you wait.

I’m doing a small design job for a food establishment. Owner is Asian. Moving the store back to Manhattan from Brooklyn after losing a major client….a tarp recipient.

I just keep thinking of that 9/11 baby who died in Arizona. No brain surgery for her, just a cold grave and a lifetime of heartache for her family.
