  1. THL, I make sweet potato fries also, similar to the way you make them, except:

    Olive oil, salt, cumin, garlic powder and red pepper.

    I also make cauiflower like that. I don’t fry anything.

  2. Are they juicy regardless of how much time they are left out? That is the reason I leave my pears on the counter for 4-5 days. After that, it’s so juicy that I have to eat them while standing over the sink.

  3. BRG I make these all the time.

    Slice a sweet potato up into fries sized bits. put them on a cookie sheet drizzle with olive oil sprinkle with black pepper salt some curry powder or red pepper powder (little bit)

    Roast in the oven @ 400 for about 7 minutes (when they start to turn brown you have to keep a watch on them).

    IJ:I LOVE THOSE HOT FRIES!! Whenever I see them I literally buy every packet they have. I never see them int he same store twice and it’s always a small bodega. I always ask the person if they’ll order them again and I get a shrug a vacant stare or a o.k. but they never come back 🙁
