Thanks DIBS for that info.
GREAT!! That means I’ll remember all this Brownstoner crap when I’m really old. I was hoping by a certain age, I’d forget this chapter in my life.
Oh Snappy, I forgot to tell you…cut up the cauliflower into small peices.
Can I come over for dinner on Sunday 🙂
It’s a great side and easy to make.
Enjoy.
Snappy, try baking the cauliflower with the spices I said above and leave in the oven till they’re golden brown, tossing every so often. It tastes really good (almost like fried) and it’s better for you.

I love cumin…I use it alot.
Scrambled eggs; fish; Chicken; Salads (I make me own dressing, I can’t stand bottled dressing)
cumin apparently has properties that retard Alzheimers. There is a very low incidence of ALzheimers in India and the studies link it to cumin intake.

I wanna try that cauliflower thing too, sounds really good BRG. I love cumin.
Have a good weekend!
I will try that Brg. Maybe on Sunday. I’ll let you know how it turns out. Happy weekend everyone 🙂
Snappy…yes, once they ripen you have to eat them over the sink.
Love cauliflower like that. When I do fry I do it in a deep flash fryer so it doesn’t take on as much oil.
O.k…Gotta go get dinner started.
Have a good weekend all.
Later potatoes!
