ooooh ditto. lol. i made like 10 pots of rice and beans tonight but totally used the wrong kinds of beans. they are like tiny and called something funny. they arent kidney or red bean. something else. oh well. okay it’s like 11 on a friday night and im here wtf? can everyone just say collectively. its flaked smoked fish, rice, butter, chopped hard-boiled eggs and tumeric or cumin if you like. I put a bit of parlsey on top. Makes a good brunch.

BRG – I use it in kedgeree.
DIBS I do like crisps. Salt n vinegar or pickled onion flavor.
Finally – some good news! I like to sprinkle cumin on pork chops and then broil them. Excellent with home made applesauce.
