reflectors are, but not blinking back lights (i think)
reflectors vary in quality – sometimes they don’t light up unless light is hitting them directly, which doesn’t help pedestrians see them.
i would never ride at night if i didn’t have a flashing light.

Legion: Mrs DCB gets invited to fancy pharmaceutical dinners all the time. I used to tag along for the free meal, but they started cracking down.
I tried to bluff my way through a few times, but got busted! Pretty hard to fake medical knowledge.
Now I can’t go anymore. Damn!

I have a theory as to why Palin has become such an obsession among cetain groups. The more I see the diatribes on the OT, the more I am certain of it.
It has nothing to do with anything discussed today. I’m not going to open a new can of worms by mentioning it, however.
