OMG liberals threatening to move to Canada happens every single election. I wish they would all just do it already and stop making these empty threats.

My conclusion is that if Ms. Palin cannot gracefully take inappropriate attacks from fringe groups whose real agendas are unrelated to the subject of the criticism, she’s probably not ready to be president of the United States.
I contrast that to Mr. Obama, who has simply not responded to the birthers, and therefore has not met them on their level.
But I reiterate, using the shooting to go after Palin is just gross, and those who are doing it are part of the general degradation and cheapening of political diologue, not part of the solution.
And, my colleague just had the OT open full screen at her desk, and was going through the posts, one by one, asking me if I was each of you. Funny thing is, I think literally the only log-in she didn’t ask about was mine.

haha – you realize that uber rich, nyc republicans are the vast minority of the party base, right? chances are those toothless bikers you saw in the bar are fellow party members! i’m sure they could have engaged you in intelligent conversation about policy.
ok, Lech, I am teasing, but I wouldn’t doubt it. I think your issues with “liberals” are more stylistic.

I totally agree, m4l. At airports, anyone ever look around at all the hue-mans and think, “These people are supposed to be ‘my fellow Americans?'”
I’m not sure if I could live overseas; I like big supermarkets and convenience store coffee; do they have that in Paris?
