bxgrl, no Costco membershp and no place to store that much cat food. Except for the one spraying incident a few months ago (because my assortment of supermarket cat foods did not include indoor formulae), he’s been fine. But thanks for the advice and I will try to figure out where to keep 25 lb. of cat food. As it is, my pantry is the back of the van.
So, they let those two sisters out of jail in Mississippi, where they were 16 years into life sentences for being involved in a robbery where $11 was stolen. Apparently they lured some guy into an alley where three other male teenagers robbed the guy, holding a gun. All of them were caught, the actual robbers sentenced and long ago released, but the sisters got life.
Now one has been on daily dialysis for years, and needs a kidney transplant. The other sister volunteered her kidney, and Gov. Haley Barbour, the great humanitarian, let them out under the condition that the transplant take place. He did not pardon them, btw, they will be on parole for life. Activists who have long been advocating for their release are glad they are out, but question the ethics of making organ donation a condition. Also Barbour’s contention that one of the reasons for release is that the medical care costs Mississippi too much.
LOL, Gem. You’re a hippie.
I will say there’s lots of crap out there. I feel like it’s a big con.
I don’t have a changing table, or a matching nursery set, or a diaper genie or 90% of the stuff you find in magazine pictured nurseries. The whole concept of all that junk disgusts me.
Kid has a second hand crib from a cousin (cue rob with bed bugs eating my baby). We did get a new mattress and bedding.
Do what ever you think is best and don’t let people tell you otherwise.
rf- some cats are especially prone to UTI and that’s genetic. Regular food should be ok as long as he gets plenty of water and moist food too. I find that Costco has the best deal on dry food(25 lbs/@ $16.00) and the quality is really high. Have you tried theirs?
Thanks G10… look forward to hearing about the car. Just got mine in for a last free brake fluid change and I’m on my own.
BTW how did u get there? Or back? They seem in the middle of nowhere.
ET – I hear you on most of it – but no diaper genie? What about cue Rob on poo mist?
